• Deals 130% weapon damage.
• Applies Congealed to enemy target for 6 seconds, lowering enemy target's Hit Chance, Haste, and Dodge Chance by 10% per stack. Stacks to 3.
• Has a 30% chance to apply stunned to enemy target, stunning them for 3 seconds.
• Has a chance to apply Insolent Fools to Caster for 4 seconds, increasing caster's Endurance by 30% and applying a HoT to caster.
