Well, well. Look at this brave Hero. Jumping head first into my Domain. The Realm of Monsters, the Plane of Chaos, whichever you prefer. While you are here, you are at my mercy. And I intend on making you suffer.
Suffer?
Yes. For what you did to my Children. Did you think I would just let you walk away from killing them? They were my family and I love them dearly. You will find the ones I love are not so easily killed here. Do you think you could do it again? Kill my Children in front of me? Take them from their Mother? That doesn’t seem very… “heroic”.
After completing the 'Slain Children quest:

I am impressed. You truly are heartless, aren’t you? Very well. Continue. But do not think this road gets easier. I’m not done playing with you yet.
After completing the 'Portal of Chaos II quest:

Welcome back, “Hero”. Do you feel at home here? Does the Chaos feel welcoming? I’ve seen in that head of yours. I know what you did. You gave in to Chaos. Became a “Chaos Lord”. You marched my armies on your own people. You were responsible for so much destruction. And did you ever feel regret?

Your resolve is stronger than I imagined. But no matter. If I can’t break you mentally, then physically will have to suffice. My Domain is home to all sorts of creatures. Let me introduce you to one of its strongest.
After completing the 'A Giant of Chaos quest:
Queen of Monsters
Well done indeed, “Hero”. Our battle face to face is nigh. You have just one final obstacle to overcome. I almost hope that you do succeed… So I can kill you myself.
