Hehehe… it seems you finally discovered I've been Nulgath's messenger for centuries while Skew was his favorite minion. Skew and I had a lot of fun together while slaying Legion and betrayers even before when you first discovered Tercessuinotlim through Citadel's magic portal. If you want to have fun with me, reagents you must farm for and rewards shall be given in the name of Nulgath!

According with our ARS (Abyssal Revenue Services) you have no rights to claim a refund but I can aid you a bit to get part of your gold back, if you wish to hunt gemstones scattered around Lore, hahaha! You want to go into the /catacombs to find the crazed scorpion doctor, /lavarun to find the muscle head known as Mega Tyndarius, The PvP captains in where you humans go to fight one another in /bludrutbrawl, Wolfwing is his lair, and see if you can manage to find one from yourself in the insane Sneevil's lair /baconcatyou.
