Description: Strike your target with your Energy Blade. Deals damage and applies Lacerated, reducing your target’s Dodge by 20% for 2 seconds while restoring extra mana to yourself. Also applies additional effects based on your active Alignment.
Notes:

• If Wolfblade Allegiance! is active, applies Thick Skin, an HoT for 2 seconds to the caster.
• If Runehawk Allegiance! is active, applies Rift Heal, an HoT for 2 seconds to the caster.
• If Mystraven Allegiance! is active, applies Shredder, increases DoT damage by 100% for 5 seconds.

Wolfblade: Armor Pierced, target damage taken +5% for 20 seconds, stacks to 8.

Runehawk: Energy Shield, -30% physical and magical damage taken for 20 seconds, stacks to 2.
