Stonecold Defense

Slay the Infernal Goblins and Lava Trolls to get the reagents you need to create the Stoneskin Elixir. If you don't, things may get too hot to handle!

These predators stand between you and rescuing the people of Embersea! Take out 3 Gargrowls, 2 Infernal Goblins, and 3 Lava Trolls!

Red Alert

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.
Note: This quest can only be completed once.

You want to reach the kidnapped villagers without being detected? Then you're going to need to set warning beacons. These are magicked to let us know if anyone tied to the Onslaught approaches.

+ When Completed

They're quiet for now, but if any of the Firestorm Onslaught approaches the area before we disable them, we'll hear about it!

Disguise Fur a Good Cause

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

If you REALLY want to pass through the Fyreborn Caverns undetected, you'll need a disguise. I can craft you one, but I'll need resources from the Tigers, Lava Trolls, and Goblins to create it.

Aaah, put that on and you'll fit right in! … What? You don't like the smell of uncured Tiger fur? Pffft.

The kidnapped villagers have GOT to be here! We could make a detection device but… we're running out of time! Do you hear that roaring? It makes me nervous. Hunt through the area to find the missing villagers.

Recover the Remainder

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

We are missing many of the kidnapped, still. I didn't want to take the time to do this before, but we'll need to create a scrying crystal to find the rest. Slay Pyrric Ursus monsters to get the crystal required to create a scrying glass. That's what we need!

Rune Chances of a Backstab

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

I just realized… the wards we placed to protect us from the Firestorm Onslaught will NOT stop attaacks from the cavern creatures. Place 7 protective runes to ward off attacks from behind. And slay those Infernal Goblin spies while you're at it. They give me the creeps.

Bridge to Salvation

There's only a little further to go, according to the scrying tool! But those Lava Trolls are about to destroy the ONE path we need to take. Take out 7 of them to save bridge from being destroyed.

Growling Pains

The Gargrowls in the caverns are some of the most ferocious I've ever seen. And their favorite snack is … heroes like us! When they can't get that, they prefer the weak and sick. Easier to catch. Slay the Gargrowls to protect us all!

Defeat Cinderclaw

The LAST thing standing in the way of us reaching the rest of the kidnapped villagers is the terrorbeast, Cinderclaw the Ravenous!
