The Avatar of Water, Neso, attempted to take Kathool's powers by dissolving it in her ocean. Though the Hero has stopped her from completely transforming, madness, rage, and fear are leading Neso to subsume Lore into the Plane of Water. The Hero ascends to the surface of the ocean to fight Neso, and silence the Voice in the Sea.
