Requirements: Must have completed the 'Duck, Duck, Goose' quest.

This parrot isn't dead! He's resting! Remarkable bird, the LoreLegion Blue, isn't it? Beautiful plumage! In order to prove that this bird ain't dead, we'll need to ask a distinguished doctor. Be sure to grab the Stunned Parrot from my Shop, you will need it for him to examine later.

Go see Doctor Hoo – he lives in the blue birdhouse shaped like a phonebooth. I'll send him a tweet so he knows to unlock the front door for you.

Down Feather Up to No Good

Requirements: Must have completed the 'Owl Give You the Answer' quest.

I don't know what birdbrain sent you on this wild goose chase, but that down feather CLEARLY belongs to a turkey… and he rules all of the Bird Brethwren as our mighty king, Turking! You must inform Grandalf the Grey Parrot - he's the wise wizard who stands guard at the king's castle entrance, so he'll know what to do!
