After completing the Troll Stink! quest:

Free and strong. Stink gone. Better. Yes, Rawg see Twins. Say Trolls seek Chaos. They good to warn us. We be ready for war! Me, Horcs, we ready. What? You… want talk to Twins? Yes, there is way. Only Horcs know ritual. You ask Zot back in village if it alright to tell you.

Talk
Me eager to do battle with weak-hearted Trolls. Like crystal, they shatter under hard blow! My father, he Troll. He come, meet mother. He love her, then leave us. No one know why. Must hate Horcs after all. Mother so sad, cry long time. Me Hate Trolls!

My people, they train me like normal Horc. But they stare, they talk when I not hear. I never the same as them. But I fight. I earn my place. They my family. I not let Trolls make Chaos and destroy my people!

My mother, she says I have far-brother. Son of father's sister and Horc. But he lives with Trolls, IS Troll. He ready to bring battle to Horcs, but I make sure he not step foot on this side of Ravine. His blood dirty, we no share family. We meet, he die.

After completing the It Not Time Yet quest:

Free and strong. Zot send message, say you learn. Zot wise, know much of mountain and spirits. Zot know Iron, know Gold. Say me have heart of Iron. Sayyou maybe have heart of Iron and Gold. We see. First you learn how invoke protection of mountain spirit. Then you make incense, ready own spirit.

After completing the Clear Mind, Cleanse Spirit quest:

This good. Mountain hears you. You hear mountain. You listen to mountain as it talks to the sky. See moon cover sun. Then you call to Twins with spell. You not know spell? Oh. Me forget. You seem like Horc. You talk to She Who Answers, heart of the Ravine. She help. Maybe.

After answering She Who Answers' questions:

Defender of Bloodtusk Ravine, Horc-side
You ready now. You talk to She Who Answers. She help. Maybe. She leave cave to meet you at the center of crossroads.
