The black night-like cloak is exclusive worn by the servant so they may retain royal status. The terrifying cloak was supposedly made from the remains of a deadly creature that lived beneath the city-state.

The servant to a queen of a long-gone city state did not meet a very fortunate end. Worried that the servant would be more graceful than she, the queen poisoned them during a feast. Ther decayed body, along with the robes, is bent to another queen's will.
