You also enter an Eternal Frenzy, increasing your outgoing damage by 12% for 8 seconds, stacks up to 8. Also applies Passage of Time, which slowly damages you as long as you're in Frenzy, stacks to 100.

Applies Traveling Through Time, increasing your haste by 30%. Also applies Foreseeable Future, increasing your Crit Chance by 20%, stacks to 3. Both effects last 8 seconds.

Description: Tear open a portal in time and draw upon immense power from a past battle. Deals increased damage to your target for each stack of Necrosis on them. If Chaos Rift is active, your primary target takes damage over the next second based on the amount of damage you've dealt in the past 10 seconds while Chaos Rift was active. Damage scales with each stack of Chaos Rift and consumes those stacks. Applies Unleashing Doom, preventing Chaos Rift from being applied for 1 second.
