The Chrono-Phoenix is inside that temporal rift, but it's been spewing flame and energy into the Northlands. We've gotta make sure everyone here is safe! First things first - let's put out some of the fires that have sprung up before they grow out of control.

Assist the Assistants

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

My other chrono assistants have been going haywire too - I can't help but feel like this must be connected. Help me shut them off before they do any more damage.

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

I'm gonna have to fix those bots. If you go into the temporal rift… not too far… you should find some errant spacetime energy. Capture it for me, and I'll use it to make the needed repairs.

Stabilize the Rift

I had a little spacetime energy left over, so I used it to craft these tuning rods. Set them up in the area surrounding the temporal rift. They should help stabilize the area and keep it …well, as safe as it can be.

Perfect. That should help everyone who lives here stay safe… for now.

Freezies

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

Alright, now that the area outside the rift is safe… let's talk about getting this phoenix under control! I'm thinking if we want to stop fire… we have to freeze it. Bring me some elemental frost from the local frost elementals.

Don't lick it. Your tongue'll get stuck.

Freeze the Energy

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

Use the Elemental Frost you collected to freeze some of the stray Spacetime Energy. With it, we'll be able to neutralize the Chrono-Phoenix.

It looks like the Phoenix has had another explosive energy burst! This time, inside the temporal rift. Go inside and put out all the flames you find.

We've got to find that Phoenix before this happens again!

Find the Phoenix

Now we just need to get to the phoenix. Go as deep into the rift as you can; that's where you'll find it.

Close out the Year

The year 2019 itself has been trying to stop our Chrono-Phoenix?! That's exciting. Of course, that means we're going to have to usher out the old year ourselves. You know what to do!

Freeze the Phoenix

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

Nothing else is standing in our way. Go through the door, find the Chrono-Phoenix, and freeze it with the frozen spacetime energy we created. It's the only way to ensure that the old year was not the last one!
