Let's start our tour by entering the foyer. Ah, years of neglect have led to a bit of a shroom problem. Bless that young fellow Hans for helping the sisters clean. Have a chat with him and give him a hand harvesting the fungus.

What a fine young lad! Hard working and caring! He mentioned the Taylors were skilled in medicine, yes? The fungus must have been reagents they used to grow. Consuming ectoplasm gave them an otherworldly glow and sour constitutions.

Grotesque Guardian

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

The banquet that took the lives of Alnswick ghosts happened in the Ballroom. Take a left from the stairs and you'll run into some grotesque gargoyles. A young lady is there fighting them. Talk to her and help her turn the gargoyles into rubble!

+ When Completed

Gargoyles are used as the crest and symbol of the Taylor family. They're meant to protect their home, but the ghosts' resentment seeped into them too. Alas, you're capable of getting past them, but the door to the Ballroom is sealed by an otherworldly force.

Dragon Instinct

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

Miss Tara mentioned that her chaperone Nythera sensed something dangerous near the kitchens. Make a right from the stairway to talk to her about what could be going on. If my painted eyes weren't playing tricks on me, you'll find a bundle of my pen pal letters there too.

Fascinating! Lady Nythera is half Dragon and half human. It's a delight to see strong connections between people from such different walks of life. I remember mentioning that in my letters. Er, I mean, I remember my pen pal saying so!

Wonderful, the guest pointed us to a dumbwaiter we can ride down to the kitchen! I…had completely forgotten that my bedroom had one! Let me show you inside.

Gah! This is the Master Bedroom? There isn't even a bed, just a frightening mess! Oh…I forgot I left it like this! It seems that the Dumbwaiter is broken. Let's fix it up, and see if I left more letters around here. My personal chambers should be the right place to find them.

I remember these letters. Sir Arche and Lady Himiko were long gone, so I jumped at the chance to make a new friend… To have someone to trust again. It blinded me to the red flags waving at my nose.

Head down the dumbwaiter to the kitchens, and we'll unlock the main doors for ease of entry. Andr - er, I spent a lot of time here. The rest of the letters should be in the corner, if we can get past these undead creatures! What are they? Dogs?

I didn't want to believe it, and hoped that my memories were incorrect. But no, these are the remains of baby Dragons used as ingredients for that fateful banquet's horrific dishes.

Sadistic Solicitations

I can feel it- a terrible sense of dream, emanating from that locked trapdoor at the back of the kitchen. Backtrack to the Bedroom. The key has to be there, surrounded by the ghosts. While you're there, see if you can retrieve the Nobles' banquet invitations. I need to know if they were aware…

The invitations these nobles received were different from the letter sent to the King. They boast about dishes made from Dragon meat front and center. The guests were to enjoy the magical benefits of their meals, and stage a coup on the clueless King.

Stomping on Eggshells

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

We have the key to the cellar beneath the kitchen, where the warden of these poor baby Dragons was held captive. Come now, let's see if his spirit needs rest. I imagine the last of the letters are there with him.
