Requirements:

• Must have completed the 'Talk to Lapis' quest.

Since I don't have hands. I'm going to need you to perform this spell for me. Don't worry, I'll walk you through it! You just need to light the incense there… and then read from the scroll… and then spread the potion on your weapon.
