Lady of the Yew Mountain Chain
Finally made it through the endless line of carriages? All of these Nobles want an audience with Queen Victoria, and they're as tiresome as the Astravian court. Look, one of them dropped a bucket of mop water from the second floor onto Lady Marigold's head. I highly doubt it was an accident. She's fine, but I'm going to convince her to make a complaint about this childish behavior. It'll help me muster the courage to face the Queen again…
Noble Court
Greenguard Noble brains almost have as many worms as Astravian Noble brains. I should know - I helped put them there. Hmph, I regret what I did to everyone except Drago's rotten court. Greenguard is different. The Nobility are loyal to Queen Victoria, but most only bow because her father's rebellion succeeded. They switched allegiances to keep their power, and treat people like Marigold harshly thinking it will endear them to their ruler.
Audience
Like you, Tara, and Lady Celestia, I am also receiving an audience with Queen Victoria. It'll give us more chances to get answers from her. I…can't guarantee that I'll be much help. Victoria was the one who gave my family shelter. She listened to my story, and said she'd forgive and protect me, even after everything I've done. Even though I didn't deserve it, I wanted to repay her kindness. Victoria is a good person, I know she is…
Research
I became a researcher at Seabase Undine about a year after it was established. By the time I arrived, my adopted mother had already conducted a sizable amount of research. Aside from confronting the Queen about Sparagmos and the Jus Divinum's actions, I'm going to request the rest of Dr. Noelle's research. If I had to guess what it was…Chaos. She was helping Queen Victoria understand Chaos in order to destroy it.
After completing the 'Cellar Secrets' quest:
Lady of the Yew Mountain Chain
Lord Vaughn tapped on my shoulder because he wanted me to give insight on what's in this cellar. I've never seen this place before, but I recognize Dr. Noelle's work. Queen Victoria was storing all of her research here. These Spiders, those Gems…they're being used as lab rats in experiments meant to discover a way to destroy Chaos permanently. Without Dr. Noelle…the Queen will be looking for a new scholar.

Lady of the Yew Mountain Chain
So, it will be war. If Queen Victoria forces her way to Seabase Undine, the researchers and patients won't be able to stop her from aiming Sparagmos at Skye. I don't want Fa or Mi to have to fight another ruler…but I believe in Victoria. If it's her and that Dragon, everything's going to be okay. I hate to admit it, but there isn't anyone I trust more than them. Dad…do you think they'll always keep their promise?
