A friend of Miko’s is a friend of mine. I’m not the real special guest here - that honor goes to Umitora. While he’s meant to take part in the ceremonies, he currently feels like the people of Akiba aren’t treating him well enough. He’s an EMPEROR, and wants to be revered as such. Would you mind helping us give him the royal treatment?

It appears we have honored Umitora a bit too much. The praise and tribute has completely gone to his head, so he’s refusing to participate in the festivities… and protesting being ordered around by throwing a temper tantrum! It appears you’ll get your battle show after all… humbling Umitora (just a little!) in combat may be our best chance at saving the ceremony.
