Iona the Isolated

Note: This quest can only be completed once per day.

Queen Iona is dead, I made sure of it myself- but her throne is haunted by the grudges and greed of her bloodline. They coalesced into a phantom with centuries worth of Energy spells. It took her form, and only seeks destruction. Please, destroy it.

+ When Completed

That phantom is more like a living memory than an actual ghost. It represents the entirety of Queen Iona's bloodline, and is able to wield spells only her ancestor, the First Champion of Energy, could. They had so much power, but none were ever satisfied or happy.

• Lightning Diadem (Stacks up to 5)
  • Dropped by Queen Iona

Generational Tyranny

When the people of Skye regain their footing, we'll be able to contend with this phantom ourselves. Until then, I would seek your aid in vanquishing this phantom of Queen Iona's tyranny. We'd be happy to reward you with treasures from the castle's armory.

+ When Completed

If everyone forgets about Queen Iona's family, that phantom won't reform. We could take the castle apart brick by brick… but it's better as is. This will be a constant reminder of what was done to Skye, and motivate us to fight for those who share our plight.

Eye of the Storm

Requirements: Must have Queen Iona Bank Companion in your inventory.

The memory of Queen Iona's heinous crimes lingers like a festering scar. Her family's blood-drenched magic manifested an image of her in the throne room of Castle Gaheris, what was once the Temple of Energy. Banish it, and let Skye live in peace.

Iona left scars on Greenguard, and maybe even you, too. Time may heal all scars, but it tends to move like a spiral. History rhymes, with new tyrants and victims. We must remember what was lost, and strive to help others who suffered like we did.
