Being aware of your surroundings is key for any situation - but in this case, you're doing my grunt work. Scout out the area and come back to me when you're done. I would suggest you try to avoid being devoured by the creatures that infest it as you do so.

I'm surprised that you managed to return. Your discoveries match what I've been told about the area. Good. The fact that you were somehow able to survive shows me that you may prove useful after all.

Gluttonous Slithering

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

You saw Gorewyrms inside the villa, did you not? Those damnable beasts rot all life around them with their mere presence. They are a plague on the environment, and are reviled even among the creatures we Diabolicals typically encounter. Exterminate any you see, and bring some of their slime back to me. Perhaps an in-depth study could help us understand their 'unique' abilities.

The Gorewyrms weren't much trouble, I hope? These snake-like creatures have been leeching off the ecosystem for as long as I've traversed this plane. They feasted on all the natural flora and fauna that once made this place livable. Now, the creatures wander, wither, and wait to rot.

Relics of Bygone Days

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

The armory holds many Diabolical heirlooms. Removing revolting parasites and Gorewyrm guards is necessary to preserve the history of the Great Court. Extermination is the only answer.

Preserving our past is of utmost importance to the Diabolicals. I assure you, Adventurer, your work will not go unnoticed. The Court will look upon you favorably for your services.

Rapacious Desires

The Lord of this villa amassed a large amount of the local reserves, divided it among the people, and claims to have kept a coin or two for himself. This land has been long abandoned, and devoured by the impure. Their gold has more value in our pockets than it does sitting in untouched vaults.

Just as I thought - the disparity between the Lord and the local people was colossal. Many starved. The Lord must have known this, and continued to hoard their riches. His actions speak loudly.

Uninvited Guests

The filth that squats in this long deserted estate is long overdue for an eviction. There is no need to give them notice, nor to squander our precious time doing so. Take the Parasites and Gorewyrms out.

The rot is getting more pungent. The bulk of the stench must have been trapped in the cellar. I consider quite effective for keeping you focused.

I'm almost certain of it. What lays past the cellar door are great horrors. Backtrack to the treasury, the key HAS to be in the hoards of greed coveted by the previous lord of this villa.

Now that the key is within our possession, it is time we delve into the depths of this disgraced villa. Prepare yourself.

Proper Procedures

The Lord here was careful about making sure no one could access this chamber. It appears they've also used a sealing spell in addition to the physical lock. Retrieve a Necrotic Tome from a Lightguard Caster in /noxustower so that we may dispel this incantation.

The previous Lord of this wretched place was banking on no one being willing to enter that cellar again. It's up to us- I mean, you - to face what's ahead.
