• Universal Power restores 10 mana for every ally affected by a self-targeting buff, including the caster.
• Has a 25% chance to apply Anima, which increases all outgoing magic damage by 275% for 2 seconds. Anima in turn, also has a 25% chance to apply per ally affected by Echoing Earth or Land's Embrace.
