In the presence of a Temporal Rift, the Daybreak Radiance heals you, applying a 10 second HoT based on its stacks. If your opponent is unaffected by a Temporal Shift, they become trapped in Twilight Shadows, taking rapid damage over time for 12 seconds.

• Applies Veil of Compressed Time, increasing Damage and DoT Resistances by 40% and Haste by 15%, lasts 10 seconds.
