Too Hot To Handle

Dragon's armor can't be forged normally, it must use metals that can withstand extreme heat. That, of course, means it has to be forged in even more extreme heat. Living Magma comes close, but it only gets hot enough if we use imp embers as a catalyst. You can get Living Magma from the Living Fire in Firestorm. You'll find imp embers there too, as they are produced by sulfur imps.

Where do imp embers come from, you ask? Trust me, you probably don't want to know.

Too Cold To Hold

Of course, not just anything can withstand the extreme temperatures that we use to forge our armor. Elemental Stone does not burn at any temperature, which makes it ideal for creating the cauldrons and casting molds we use. If you'd like to help me collect some, you can find Earth Elementals in Earthstorm and in the Dragonplane.

Ah, yes! Sturdy and fireproof - no matter how many imps poop - I mean ember - in it!
