The First Legion General
I know Lord Dage is exactly where he wants to be, but I have this ready in case 'you' need your space back. Do not linger in this form for too long. It hasn't been long, but the stitches in your souls disappeared. I can't tell where one stops and where the other begins.
Coffin
This sarcophagus is as fancy as it needs to be. If it were a giant, jagged, blue jade box embossed with gold we lugged around like a palanquin, it'd be asking to be ballista-ed into pieces. I am to protect this with my unlife, so rest assured…I only shook it a little. It only flopped around in Charon's ship a bit. If Lord Dage wishes to air his grievances, he can come out any time he wants. Hm? Nothing? I'll carry on then.
Possession
Lord Dage is a Lich, and his mastery of the soul allows him to 'detach' from his body. His spirit form could easily possess another, should he wish to do so. There wasn't a reason to do so…until now. As his soul is that of a beast's, a mortal's body would be obliterated if he chose to inhabit it. You're different. It could have gone the other way. Seeing as we're all still tethered to Lord Dage's will, the process went smoothly.
Termina
I received word from Termina Temple. They mentioned being concerned after you suddenly collapsed and started hearing screams. That must have been Misaru's ritual. As you requested of them, Tara returned to her sister's side, and Shakaz informed the Empress. Lady Song has also made a brief return to Seabase Undine in case of…emergency. Before she left, the doctor solemnly asked me to thank you for honoring her father's wishes.
After completing the 'Dante to Beatrice' quest:
The First Legion General
If I were still alive, I'd be sprawled on the ground, gasping for breath after holding it for so long. You retained your sense of selves, fulfilled Misaru's wishes, and denied a bleak future…for now. We learned a great deal today, and the Legion vows to keep it secret. If others were to learn that ritual sacrifice could force your hand…at least my Lord was available to step in. Who knows what would have happened if you were alone.

The First Legion General
I see that you've returned from your private discussion…My Lord. We will proceed as 'you' instructed, by taking Kind Zedek's invitation and infiltrating the Kingdom of Atlas. Allow me to serve 'you,' and see 'your' plans to fruition.

I have come to understand that the King of Atlas contacted 'you' before the Legion was ordered to mobilize. This Kingdom of gold and white marble is supposedly a hidden utopia. It's a beacon of hope and wisdom, populated by peerless scholars and warriors without equal. They're ruled by King Zedek, the Millennium Hero. He brought his realm to Greenguard to rescue those in need, and recruit worthy individuals.Lord Dage
It is admittedly difficult to discuss Lord Dage the way 'you' are now. That request of 'yours' practically brought him back to life. Not only that, but you chose us over the Nation or the Shadowscythe. Every single member of the Legion felt a rush of excitement through our connection to his soul. It almost knocked my teeth out. I wonder if Lord Dage will act recklessly, but he wouldn't risk messing this up.Legion
Word of 'your' request spread rapidly. The Legion is offering their best to fulfill 'your' wishes, and they'll kill for a chance to fight for 'you.' As it stands, my Legionnaires, Maleagant's, and Slaine's will march on Atlas when 'you' give the signal. Lachesis' and Vaughn's are tasked with running the Underworld while we're gone. It's a special occasion. Even the Horsemen of the Apocalypse are set to ride into battle.
After completing the 'Dis-graces' quest:
The First Legion General
Argh! Slaine slipped his chain! News of 'your' request must have spread, and he doesn't believe 'you'd' actually go through with slaughtering the people of Atlas. Slaine is hunting 'you,' and won't stop until 'you' snap his neck.

Good work capturing Slaine. The form that the two of you have taken made it look incredibly easy. Our plans have changed slightly. Malegant is preparing Lord Dage's armor, and 'you' will search for the individual you're looking for with Slaine. Now, let me ask about King Zedek's invitation. It offered a spot in his family. Does that mean he needs an heir? Is this an adoption or a forged bond between blood brothers??

Scumbags like Vaughn only joined the Legion to revel in fear and destruction- they're the kind of people you'd normally find dumping cold water on the homeless. Unlike Vaughn's ilk, Maleagant didn't join the Legion to slake a thirst for violence and blood. Before betraying his Kingdom, he was once a Hero. Nobody bothered to look into why he suddenly handed its souls over to Lord Dage. The First Legion General
Lord Dage and Empress Gravelyn! …Permission to speak plainly, my Lord? Ah, so the situation has become dire enough to necessitate my honest opinion. Great. One of the other Generals advised me that I was against raising arms against the Empire and capturing Light Elementals. Well, my Lord is wise. When this matter is settled, I don't expect to ever need to fight off my fellow Legionnaires like this again.
Legion
Every member of the Legion has a very small fragment of my Lord's soul embedded in theirs. It allows for greater surveillance, but complete control and awareness of every single Legionnaire at once demands too much from the lodestone of the system. This supposed greater Light Elemental stole a large portion of my Lord's soul. That's how so many of our Legionnaires are being turned against us.
Vendetta
I was nearby as the Empress' father fought the greater Light Elemental. It is as crazed as it is loud. Even from all the way here, I heard that it was willing to lay everything on the line to destroy Evil and avenge the humiliation of the Light. Did the Empire steal something from the Light? Or maybe, did it hurt someone specific? I have hazy memories of something like that…almost like I can understand it.
Clear Mind
A word in private if I may, Empress Gravelyn? You returned Lord Dage to us sound of mind and soul. Even if this is temporary, I can not thank you enough. Though the Legion seeks supremacy, having no equals leads to stagnation. To speak plainly again, loners are weird. They make bad decisions and embarrass themselves. Ehem, I hope the Empire and Legion's understanding could extend past this day.
After completing the 'Lost Light, Astero' quest:

Empress Gravelyn, may we speak before the Legion departs? Congratulations on turning this ordeal into a victory for both your Empire and Lord Dage's Legion. We may not see each other for a while so I wish you the best until the Empire and Legion meets again. Ha, I don't sound very Evil huh? Well, one of us has to keep some levity around in the dark. Might as well be me. Take care, Empress.

This isn't Maleagant's room. A foot soldier allowed him to use it to…house a Paladin he kidnapped. I don't know where this obsession came from, but it can't be left alone. Be on your guard. Light Necromancy uses illusions and emotional manipulation to control souls.

I found a document in this room. It's a profile on Maleagant, likely written by a member of a Paladin Order. Where is Lord Dage!? You don't know either? Argh! Maleagant had a mental break, and is obsessed with saving the Paladins he apparently 'made' into Heroes. The other Legionnaires are helping him because they're angry that Lord Dage isn't listening to them. All of this was set off by a woman we know too well - Laken's daughter. You know her. This all began some time ago, in a Dark Fortress and the isles of Fotia…

The First Legion General
Greetings, Empress Gravelyn. The skilled blades of your soldiers made your title clear. I am Rand, the First General of the Undead Legion. I won't waste your time. It is in my Master's best interest that we cease all hostilities with the Shadowyscthe as soon as possible. I will even stall our warriors and give you information to do this. We are under dire circumstances, the Legion and Empire both.
Dage
Dage the Evil was once a student of the Archfiend, but opened his eyes and realized that Nulgath had ensnared him in a contract. Though he broke free, and wages wars with his teacher for the Underworld, his competency is constantly in question. Until Nulgath is dead, Master Dage will always be in his shadow. Emperor Seplchure being declared the Fiend's equal is an insult to my Master that cuts deep.
Elementals
My Lord Dage wished to crush your Empire to prove that Nulgath and any he considers his equal are mere insects. He even went as far as to capture Light Elementals, a dangerous endevaor that could harm the Legionnaires. My Master is the most powerful Lich in current times, so it shoudn't affect him, but… he seems exhausted. It's possible that something sinister snuck in with the regular elementals.
Mood
I am the first of Dage the Evil's Generals, and he listens to my advice. Usually. The timing of Nulgath's declaration was…in short, it's really bad. Though our bones can withstand the test of time, the mind isn't made of stone. Lord Dage has been in a low mood for decades. It'll swing upwards eventually, but these days, he's always in his forge, refusing rest, and acts erratically. My Lord lacks an equal that can sway him.

I knew it! We should have never fought the Shadowscythe over something so stupid! Didn't I tell Master Dage I would do everything in my power to keep the Legion from marching? Then. why did i go with Lord DAGE? I disappeared. Did that argument even happen? But why don't I remember…Did he do something to me?

Dage has ordered me to stand guard at this Temple for you, and it's about time. Looks like the Empire and Nation representatives were already making themselves at home. Normally, I would have been cautious about leaving my own post but ever since the ordeal at Ashray, Lord Dage seems changed. His grip on the Underworld is stronger than ever, and you are to thank. What the - did you decide to pay the Underworld an unannounced visit? And where did you come from? I was going on my usual patrol when I received word that Lord Dage wanted to see me at the banks of the River Lethe. Are those portals behind you? Who dares steal from the Underworld!?
Lethe
This is the Lethe, one of the five rivers of the Underworld. Those who drink from the waters of forgetfulness will permanently lose their memories and sense of selves. Lord Dage assigned me to the Lethe's barracks, and I allow Mourners to relieve themselves of their suffering here. The other four Generals are assigned to the Styx, the Phlegethon, the Acheron, and the Cocytus.
Thief
This isn't the first time thieves have snuck into the Underworld to steal from the rivers. If they survive, they sell bottles of the cursed waters as expensive reagents. It's been a long time since someone managed to steal an entire branch of a river, and of course it had to be mine. Do you know who the thief is? …You're kidding me. I have to get dragged into Heroes Heart Day? Me? Fine. I get it. Lore hates me.
Monsters
It's a good thing you stumbled on the safer part of the river. In the rapids, there are islands of mourners who have given their minds to the Lethe. They float, minds blissfully blank for all eternity. Worse, there are monstrous creatures lurking deep beneath the surface. They reach up from the depths, and snatch prey. It's easy for them to hunt. Everyone forgets how to swim the moment they start splashing. Actually, one of those beasts just went missing…
After completing the 'Oubliable' quest:
The First Legion General
If you decided to let the Legion boil and quarter the thief, I invite you to spectate. It just might take a while for Lord Dage to hand down the verdict. Not because he would consider mercy, but because Nulgath is hovering around him while he's recovering his memories. Lord Dage is not going to be in a good mood when he returns to his senses. Do me a favor and pretend you never saw him in that state, for both of our sakes.
