After completing the 'Feed Bramblebite' quest:

So, This is all about that Scriptkeeper girl, is it? I never did like her, anyway - all she's done since she's been here is take attention away from those of us who really deserve it. I know a way to reverse the spell that's been cast on her. I just need you to gather some ingredients for me.
After completing the 'It's Wine Time' quest:
Elder Sheevra
Now all you need to do is give this glass of wine to the Scriptkeeper - your friend Barb, that is - and she will fall into a deep sleep. It should last long enough for you to get her home. Once she wakes up, she will be herself again.
After completing the 'Break Out' quest:
