Find the Underflame

Note: This quest can only be completed once.

The Underworld you see here isn't all there is. Below where we stand, there is a pocket of intense, underworldly flame. The… Underflame, if you will. It holds the answer to your problem… IF you can find it. Ha, ha, ha.

Oh. Okay, I guess you found it. Good job.

Items Required:

• Underflame Found x1
  • Walk to Screen 13

Rewards:

• 150 Gold
• 150 Exp

Gather some Underlava

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

As you may have noticed, the Underflame is so hot, much of it is molten. This lava… Underlava, I like to call it… is exactly what we need. Go and get me some.

+ When Completed

I hope it wasn't too hot for you… ha, ha, ha.

Items Required:

• Underlava Sample x8
  • Dropped by Underlava

Rewards:

• 150 Gold
• 150 Exp

Gather Sulfur

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

Hey! Don't go anywhere. We're not done yet! I need some sulfur dust - it really spices up that flame. The imps will be your best source.

+ When Completed

Smells fantastic! Don't you think? Ha ha, just kidding.

Items Required:

• Sulfur Dust x7
  • Dropped by Underworld Imp (2)

Rewards:

• 150 Gold
• 150 Exp

Coal for Flame

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.
Note: This quest can only be completed once.

Just one more thing: some ghostly coal to keep the fire burning. You'll have to mine that yourself, from the walls of the Underflame.

+ When Completed

And you can use a pickaxe, too! What a useful hero you are.

Items Required:

• Ghostly Coal x6
  • Click on the arrows on Screens 11 and 12

Rewards:

• 150 Exp

Defeat the Underflame Guardian

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

WAIT! Don't go. Not yet. All of that mining and lava-collecting. Has awakened the Guardian of the Underflame. He's not happy, and if you leave he'll take it out on ME. You'll make sure he doesn't, right? Since I helped you?

+ When Completed

Thanks, buddy. I guess we're even now.

  • Dropped by Underflame Guardian

Rewards:

• 150 Gold
• 150 Exp

Take the Flame

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.
Notes:

• Quest is turned in at Dage the Evil (NPC).
• This quest can only be completed once.

Okay, here you go. This flame should be hot enough and bright enough to clear out anything. You're welcome. Now, go back to Dage.

Oh, good - you're back.
