Guidelines

• All abbreviations and acronyms added must be AQW related
• Do not just come up with things to add. Commonly used terms only.
• If an abbreviation or acronym is considered rude or offensive it does not belong on the list, even if it is commonly used

DL and SC stand for dragonlord and star captain respectively, and unless some1 specifically says "DL armor" or "SC armor" i doubt they'd mean the armour. Plus, the armours are suppose to change into classes later on, so i'd say remove the word "armor" from those, just so they're not misleading.

Here are some that i commonly use, or hear a lot
Aco - Acolyte
WL - Warlord
War - Warrior
Sorc - Sorcerer
GMA/GMotA/God Mace - Godly Mace of the Ancients

and that's all i can think of atm…

i disagree. currently (and i do mean currently, when/if things change i dare say u'll be totally right), SC & DL armours are referred too as SC and DL, without people adding "armour". what can i say, the masses aren't that specific. however it might be worth changing the entries to;
DL - DragonLord / DragonLord Armor
SC - Star Captain / Star Captain Armour

however i do agree with all ur abbreviations, however i see people say "Warr" for warrior, not "War", but i dare say both are used. i'm happy to see them all be added myself

also i dont like the format of the page the more i look at it. i dont see a reason for the whole things to be links. i would suggest we make it;
AP - Alpha Pirate
BB - Beta Berserker / Balrog Blade
etc

and dragonicoe, i like the idea, but mind you, this should to be accepted by mods before we actually change it.

i'm gonna go ahead and play with the format. it has nothing detrimental, looks better, and uses real wiki links instead of hyperlinks. it shud be easier to deal with and less prone to mistakes. i'll add the few we're happy with while i'm at it.

@drag' - hmm… if i understand it correctly its the header and footer ur suggesting, right? it all looks ok to me, but i'd say no-one but a mod shud add it if they approve. i dunno if its necessary, but we'll see what burn/angel/sumwunelse thinks.

Totally didn't notice this way down here in the thread, my bad >.<

Anyway;

Sin - Assassin. Pretty much everyone I've ever talked to who has an assassin has used it, it's also the common usage in many other games that include a like named class.

Volt - Was used a lot during the actual event, these days might be a little redundant for the zone itself, but who knows? Only ever really see it being used to term the hats/swords right now ie: Volt Sword to mean the rapier and such. Since most people don't really use the items too much, they've dropped out of usage a little.

it's ok. i thought i'd added a link already. my bad.

pmk agrees that sin is used, so thats back on there.

unless someone else sees volt knocking around the place we'll leave it off for now. i dont personally remember it being used in the event, but i had my speakers on max and a sore throat in the morning so its possible i missed it.
