Applies a stack of Stygian to yourself for every target struck, stacks to 30 and lasts 6 seconds: Gain a rapid DoTDamage over Time based on max health that increases with stacks of Stygian. Other effects do not stack. Stygian prevents Arcane Shield and Safeguard from applying. +30% Damage Boost +30% Hit Chance

(This includes normal heals, but not HoTHeal over Time effects.)
