After completing the 'Double Fianchetto' quest:
Exiled Court Mage
The door being unlocked and unguarded is such a good stroke of luck that it feels like a trap. Still, we can't let that opportunity pass us by. We have to escape! If you're both hostages, that means you're important to Greenguard. Your friends have to be on their way.
Talk
I promise, I'll explain myself properly once we escape. For now, we should talk briefly.
Identity
My name is Felix Taylor. I was once a nobleman who served King Dethrix Drakath I as a Court Mage. It wasn't out of my own free will. That tyrant found out about a secret of mine, and took the people I cared about hostage. I studied forbidden magic with my peers, and acted as a caretaker for the King…and the innocents that were experimented on in the dungeons. If I was a better man, I would have helped them escape, and let my head roll.
Exile
After King Alteon took the throne, he exiled me. It was a lenient sentence that was honestly too good for me. I wandered for a time, until I realized that the forbidden magic I studied had stolen my ability to age, feel sensations, and taste. My sight and hearing are fading as well. To avoid attention, I took a ship to Skye - and was burned at the stake when a fall off a cliff didn't kill me. The villages thought I was a malevolent being, but I was rescued.
Fealty
The Warden of Eastern Skye saved me from being continuously executed. I wouldn't have died, but it would have been unpleasant. His adoptive mother, Queen Iona, made me her Court Mage. I found new purpose in helping Indradeep, his family, and Skye…until Queen Iona's wishes began sounding too similar to King Dethrix I's. She asked me to find a way to make a Champion of Energy. The price to make her dream come true is too great.

After completing the 'Heavy Handed' quest:
Exiled Court Mage
Indradeep and his warriors are here to stop us from leaving Eblana. If we linger too long, his mother and sisters will find out where we are. I don't want to fight him, but you need me to guide you, so I won't cower.

After completing the 'Miserable Monsoon' quest:
Exiled Court Mage
Follow me. I'll take you, Lady Celestia, and Lord Brentan to the rebels hiding in the Ruins of Loughshine. They're called the Fianna. Their leader, Kieran, has been fighting to change Skye for years now. He'll be suspicious about Queen Victoria's intentions because Skye has been invaded by Greenguard before, but I'll convince him to meet with her. I'm sorry you were taken hostage, but…you being here could save Skye from Iona.

Queen Victoria is about to lay siege to Skye's capital city. She needs us to go to /CastleGaheris.

After completing the 'Vow of Misery' quest:
Exiled Court Mage
Lord Haeos has fallen, and the Avatar of Cold Thunder rises. Its storms will spread until Lore is nothing but a frozen, lightning-scarred wasteland. We must destroy its core - the tyrant Queen lona. Climb the Avatar, and defeat the parasite that's been feeding on Skye's misery. When her arrow is charged with the last will of the land's old gods and ghosts, Queen Victoria will deliver the final blow. Be safe, and I will see you when the clouds part to make way for our future.
Talk
Skye was called the "Land of Heroes" by greedy invaders that propped themselves up as saints. Now, with people like you standing up for what's right, that lie will become the truth.
Avatar
Queen lona's ambitions and crimes have led to this moment. By taking the soul of Lord Haeos' first Champion of Energy, she pressured him into taking her side during the war. Deprived of the lives she planned to sacrifice in order to ascend to godhood, Queen lona forced Lord Haeos to finally offer himself. He passed his title to her, and now the Avatar of Cold Thunder is reaching for the heavens. We have to drag her back down. That much power will destroy Lore.
Abel
Abel helped Queen lona turn into an Avatar. He knew from experience that taking an Avatar's full power would destroy your body, and encouraged Queen lona to do so while hiding the consequences. It led to the ascension of the Cold Thunder Avatar, who has a gaping hole in its chest. Abel orchestrated a battle that would turn you into a legend in Skye, and humiliate the once untouchable Avatars in front of a million eyes.
Skye's Will
The people of Skye have faced countless tragedies since Queen lona's family invaded their home. Their children were taken from them, their histories were erased, and their beliefs were smothered. Now, on the Hill of Lia Tara - the corpse of Skye's original God of the Storms - we'll end the tyranny of House Lothian. Here… this is a crystal from Bananach. Its crimson hue has darkened to black, but the Shadow's last will can protect you from the worst of lona's lightning.

After completing the 'The Storm Queen' quest:
Exiled Court Mage
The people of Skye are finally free from tyranny, and I am forever in your debt. Shooting that arrow cost Queen Victoria her vision, and thousands of souls wronged by lona…including Lord Brentan. Kieran will be a temporary regent until Skye selects a governing council. I'll be returning to Greenguard with you in order to serve Queen Victoria. As for Indradeep and Illaria, Lord Henry offered them shelter. For the first time in a long while, there's an abundance of hope.

Exiled Court Mage
I am once again serving in the royal court of my homeland. This time, it's out of my own free will. Pull it together, pull it together. Mabel, the Fianna - all of their sacrifices can't be for nothing. We have to defeat lona, even if it means Indradeep and I can never…
Elementals
Is Queen Victoria in need of my magical knowledge? Greenguard's fire spells are indeed being strengthened, likely because Galanoth is on our side. Lady Fiamme is choosing to support us this way, instead of sending Elementals like Lord Haeos and Lord Kyanos. I sense Ice Elementals nearby, but I wonder why Lord Kyanos has taken Lord Haeos' side? They got along in the past, I suppose. That brings to question if any of the other Avatars have sided with us.
Curses
I'm trying to ease Caoimhe's worries while Kieran is busy with Lord Vaughn. She escaped from one of Skye's re-education academies. That's where most children are sent if their families are judged to be incapable of caring for them. The teachers tell them how lucky they are to be taken in by the Crown, and fill their heads with lies. I'm sure Naoise's grave is as dangerous as any other cave, but Queen lona is making sure no one is willing to see what she's hiding in there.
Past
Queen Victoria's father was kind to me, and I want to repay his family. He showed me mercy because I was blackmailed into serving Dethrix I. The tyrant found out about a man I cared about, and told my father he was the reason I wasn't willing to marry any noblewomen. They took him and my mother hostage, forcing me to research forbidden magic to ensure their safety. After the rebellion, I found out that they had already been killed. It was all for nothing.
After completing the 'Dragon's Seal' quest:
Exiled Court Mage
My apologies, Queen Victoria. I will have to rely on the magic that brought so much suffering to your family and the people of Greenguard. Its wretched power may have faded, but I was there when it was born anew! I'll use Chaos to reawaken the land Queen lona's bloodline ruined, and use its rage to break her crown! Her lightning may have left scars, but I won't let it kill us. This life won't go to waste!

We need to get the Fianna Rebels and Greenguard's army to work together as soon as possible. Skye's Callieacha have accompanied the Executors here, which means lona's Wardens of the West and South could be on their way. If they arrive together, we would have to abandon the injured and weak. Iseul will have no mercy…and I don't want to fight Miss Illaria. She's as kind as Indradeep, and even more dutiful. Every spell her family makes her cast shaves years off of her life.
Indradeep
The Warden of the East is the adopted human son of Queen lona. Though he's the eldest, he isn't considered the Crown Prince. When he was a child, he lived in a farming village far outside the borders of Skye. They venerated him for his ability to summon rain, until his storms went out of control. Lightning set the village ablaze, and lona saved him before he was turned to ash. Indradeep was the only survivor, and guilt plagues his dreams. I have my…suspicions.
Iseul
The Warden of the West, and Queen lona's eldest adopted human daughter. She commands the Executors, and acts as her mother's right hand. Out of all of lona's children, I think Iseul is her favorite. Like Indradeep, Iseul was born outside of Skye, but was raised by a prominent family. Though she was a prodigy, her father tried to sell her so his son could become his heir. Iona heard about this, rescued Iseul, and had her family executed…was that really done out of love?
Illaria
The Warden of the South, known as the Spider Strega. She can conjure a web of electricity over Skye to keep invaders out…and to keep her mother's subjects from escaping. For some reason, the barrier has been lowered. I worry that it's because Illaria overexerted herself. Her spells are powerful, but they shorten her life, and make her susceptible to illness. That's why I've never seen her without her mask, even when I read her bedtime stories.
After completing the 'Arrester' quest:
Exiled Court Mage
This time, I stood up for myself. I didn't cower, or bow my head and do as I was told, but people still needed to make sacrifices to save me. Mabel didn't deserve to die, and I don't deserve to live…I promise, I'll use everything my wretched body has left to free the Fianna, and help the Alteons bring justice to Skye. As we travel East, we'll reach the Grave of Naoise - a Dragon who led an invasion that almost defeated lona's ancestors. Perhaps we could learn from him.

Exiled Court Mage
Gah! Sorry, I'm a bit on edge. It's absolutely not because of your draconic situation. Indradeep, Illaria, and I will never be able to repay you and Queen Victoria for giving us a home. We're settled in, and Illaria's health improves by the day! The…materials kept beneath Castle Balemorale have been transferred to Termina Temple safely as well. Just be careful. Forbidden magic…or rather Chaos is only predictable now because of Drakath.
Talk
Dr. Rivale has been taking such good care of us, and the other residents treat Illaria and Indradeep well. I hope we can be of help to you all.
Vessel
Take care not to linger in this room for too long. Ophelia doesn't mean it, but being near her will have you barking at the moon. Ah, she's the…purple pillar. A vessel that was possessed by a fragment of the Queen of Monsters, allowing for the creation of Drakath. We also have the bones of Bill, a person Drakath was close to. I…do not wish to cause anymore suffering. Please, remind yourself that the vessel was an innocent woman.
Magus
You've met Adreanna Noelle in Seabase Undine, and now you've met me. Even though we were exiled, Greenguard refuses to let our fates drift from it. Mitford was the other survivor, but I wouldn't count the others out either. Not when Greenguard's rife with Undead and necromancy. Fitzroy, Bligh, and Ryder were fanatics, truly devoted to their King. I hope we'll never run into any of them…but I'll be prepared in case we do.
Bonds
Queen Victoria didn't just give amnesty to me, Indradeep, and Illaria. She gave a second chance to the rest of the children who survived Queen lona. Many are beside themselves with grief over the loss of the only mother they knew. But the rest understand why Iseul sacrificed herself to help stop lona. They mourn their eldest sister, and call Queen Victoria their savior. Greenguard's enemies will have trouble attacking it from the skies.
