Before completing the 'Horcs Stink!' quest:
Defender of Bloodtusk Ravine, Troll-side
Greetings… Hero. Your explorations of our land have taken you far from the comforts of town. *sniff* Eeugh, you smell like a Horc. Go, bathe. I can't stomach talking to you until further until your stench is gone.

Mmm, better. I suppose. You say you've heard rumors in town? Yes, the Twins. With them, the Trolls can gain much, I think. But they tell us one of the Horcs is trying to become a Chaos Lord. That is unacceptable! I see you agree. Good. A TROLL must become the Chaos Lord first! You want to talk to them? … There is a ceremony that will call them. Only Trolls know it. Sokrakiis would need to approve this venture. Speak to him.
Talk
I will do whatever it takes to keep my people safe from those stone-boned Horcs! They cast my mother out, separated her from her brother and husband. She wasn't GOOD enough, and I wouldn't have been either, once she had me! She came back here to live, and I arrived, and now… I have a home, and family. A purpose, and the honor to defend my people. They never speak of my… history.
It is all the fault of those Horcs! Unaccepting, unyielding! My father loved my mother, but she could not stand the stares, the grunted whispers. She was different too there, and she hated it. And now I am different. And I hate it, too. But this is my home, and her people are my people. Family is all I have, and I will defend our land from the Horcs who would use Chaos to destroy us!
I heard rumors that I have a cousin. My mother's brother went with her to the other side. Met a Horc there, had a family. He died hunting to fill their communal pot before their shame and mistrust could drive him back to his family. My cousin had better hope we never meet. *spit*
After completing the 'The Time Grows Closer' quest:
Defender of Bloodtusk Ravine, Troll-side
Mmmh. He trusts you, I see. Sokrakiis is like a father to me. Taught me to read and write. And Bachius was like a big brother, teaching me weaponry, and telling me stories of battle. I will teach you, as well, in the hope that you will see I am worthy of honor, and pass that on to the Elders. So. You will need a mirror, incense, the spell, and, most importantly, the spirit of a Troll.

After completing the 'Incense Make Sense' quest:
Defender of Bloodtusk Ravine, Troll-side
This is good. *grunt* You have the mirror, which is crucial when you want to reflect the other world and mae it as ours. You have the incense, to meld the two spirit worlds together. But you need the spell, and I cannot teach you that. It is entrusted to She Who Answers. She has been in the Ravine for as long as I can remember. Go to her, and she will help. Maybe.
After answering She Who Answers' questions:
Defender of Bloodtusk Ravine, Troll-side
You appear to be ready. She Who Answers has left the warmth of her cave to come meet you at the center of the crossroads where the path's meet. The time is near.
