If your target is afflicted with Dragon's Bane, applies Instilled Fear, reducing their Haste and Dodge by 25% for 20 seconds.

Description: Starting at rank 1, all skills (except the Auto Attack) deal increased damage to Dragonkin. At Rank 10, if your target is Dragonkin, Dragon's Demise applies Execute to yourself for 1 second, causing your skills to instantly slay Dragonkin below 10% of their max HP.
