Warlic the ArchMage says we can harness the energy created by this storm and use it to power many of Lore's most important magical workings. To contain it, we will need to gather the Hailstone Ore the mountain is made of. You will find that the creatures here keep the ore close by, as it deflects lightning strikes. Bring me 10 pieces of Hailstone ore from Draconians and Wyverns!

Scroll of Fury

The Lightning Dragonsworn are an elite band of Storm Slayers - the best of the best, the fastest of the fastest… usually. But the one time they failed, they lost the Scroll of Fury, which contains a prophecy fortelling the mightest dragon this world will ever know - a beast called… Krenos. It was torn to shreds, but if we can recover them, perhaps we can reasseble them.

Shards and Sparks

Dragonslayers must brave these beasts in any weather, but our metal armor makes battling in stormy lands dangerous. The fangs and tears of the creatures here offer some protection. Bring me 5 Lightning Sparks and 3 Energy Gem Shards to help make sure my fellow Dragonslayers remain well-protected! You will find dragon scales on Lightning Orbs and Energy Elementals.

Not much survives here. The higher you go, the greater the chance of getting struck by lightning.

Only the vegetation that evolved to survive stayed behind, because they absorbed it. You… probably cannot do the same, so just keep dodging and hope.

Hunt for the Storm Cache

Legend has it that Tonitrui has stored treasure throughout the Thunderfang Mountains, but I do know of one certain hoard. The Storm Cache should be close by; but you'll need the Tonitrus Rune and Spire Key to bypass the wards placed on it. Last I heard, the Energy Elementals were charged with protecting it.

+ When Completed

The rewards of the Storm Cache will be yours! You've earned them, for all the work you've done so far! Just… be sure to keep the Spire Key, or you'll get SUPER-zapped! The dragon guards its treasures well.

Lord of Thunderfang Spire

Tonitrui has lives for centuries, but is not immortal. It is said that someday, one of his descendants will become the greatest Energy Dragon our world has ever known! Now, however… the terror he is spreading threatens villages for miles around! He must be stopped and I think you are the one to do it! Bring me Tonitrui's Head, and you may keep any rewards you find while battling him!

Legend has it that Thunderfang's Spire has absorbed SO MUCH energy over the millennia that if the right mage tapped it, they could become UNSTOPPABLE! But as far as we can tell, that is just a legend.

Storm Strike Shards

It is never wise to turn your back on the Spire… or its creatures. They're likely to strike at you when you least expect it! Defeat the Storm Draconians, Energy Elementals, and Thunder Wyverns for Storm Surge Shards; the runes I can make from them will come in handy if you locate the Storm Cache.

Claim the Tempestas Egg

Requirements: Must have Tonitrus Rune in your inventory.

To caim the Tempestas Egg, you must gather 50 Tonitrus Gems. Defeat the Storm Draconians for a chance to recover them.

The Tempestas Egg MUST be protected! You are one of the only people in the world I would trust to guard it.
