Perfectly Real Doctor With Real Credentials
About time you arrived. Go wander the village with your charge. My plan will be refined once you return.
After completing the 'Washed Ink' quest:
Perfectly Real Doctor With Real Credentials
I am an *checks papers* expert specializing in emergency medicine. Ha, let's see how that works out. The Queen sent me an invitation to participate in a project for the greater good. I was to meet with the Vice Head Researcher, but the instructions on how this would be done were lost in an accidental fire. If you help me meet this researcher, I will introduce you as my assistant and sneak you in.

After completing the 'Duck Dive' quest:
Perfectly Real Doctor With Real Credentials
I count the Duck Vessel being riddled with as many leaks as this secret Swordhaven project to be yet another stroke of good fortune. A Seafoam Elemental has intruded on our trip, and it is affected by the same outside force as the Shark Bait and Water Elementals. Destroy it before it ravages the sea vessel, but be wary. The outside influence has a far heavier hold on this creature.

Perfectly Real Doctor With Real Credentials
This structure is protected by a powerful barrier and shroud. For a moment, it undid my disguise. I can drop any pretense of being a human doctor in front of you, but remember the deal. You are my assistant, and will follow my direction in exchange for smuggling you into the Base. No need to be alarmed. If the Empress was hard pressed to share what happened in the Core, I won't bother demanding answers…yet..
Projects
Various experts in different fields have been invited to Sea Base Undine by Queen Victoria to work towards the 'greater good.' Dr. Song touts about the medical advancements they've made, but remember what happened in Crownsreach. My spies tell me that the Spectral Arrow the Queen shot me with was created here. In the safety of the sea's darkness, Greenguard has been creating weapons.
Rules
A Legionnaire finding weapons that could sever their link to me would give them treacherous ideas. Considering the recent traitors, there was no other logical choice other than going myself. With the dissolution of the Alliance, the Legion and Nation have been forbidden from seeking your aid. But for all intents and purposes, I am merely a human doctor looking to satisfy my curiosity. We just happened to meet.
Elemental
Elementals take many forms. In Ashray, the Water Elementals arose from the deep sea. The creature you just fought was a Seafoam Elemental, known to be gracefully solitary and dainty in appearance. A far cry from that tentacled aberration. Do you know how seafoam usually forms? It is created from the churning of the sea, particularly when large amounts of organic matter is dissolved in its waters.

Not a Mad Doctor, but a Very Angry One
You are of no use to me here. You need to speak to Tara in the /TerminaTemple.

After completing the 'The Sea's Commitment' quest:
Not a Mad Doctor, but a Very Angry One
While you were busying yourself in the Twilight Zone, I visited Dr. Noelle's old office and accessed Seabase Undine's internal network. A…former General of mine imparted his knowledge of similar technology. You may know him. And of course I took the blueprints without being detected. Stop questioning me. Just bow your head and do as I say. I look forward to seeing what the Swordhaven Queen is hiding.
Midnight
The Midnight Zone is in near complete darkness. That researcher Iseul explained how the water pressure spiked to a level where it would destroy a human body ejected from the base. The Underworld isn't any different, perhaps dryer. Mortals trapped in such an environment would be susceptible to hallucinations regardless of Sparagmos' protection. None of that affects me….Roll your eyes again, I dare you.
Labs
The Midnight Zone is home to the Defense Division and their Weapons Labs. From what I've discovered, this is where the Queen's spectral arrows were created - a weapon that could sever the link between my legionnaires and I. It's impressive, to say the least. And their ambitions don't stop there. Swordhaven is looking for ways to completely neutralize necromancy by preventing souls from being raised.
Prisoners
Necromancy is forbidden in Greenguard, obviously. Though, there weren't strict guidelines or punishments. Most are slain on the spot, but the Queen knows that dealing death doesn't mean her foes will never come back. I heard rumor that necromancers and criminal undead are being captured en masse. So this is where they were sent. Down to Undine as prisoners to be executed through experiments.

Noelle sent me System Sparagmos' manual, and I found that I was partially correct about how it worked. Truly fascinating… and insidious. You and the former Princess are in for a treat. The second section of the Lab houses Sparagmos, and the path to its lodgings will be dangerous. Hallucinations will not be the only danger. Sparagmos' previous 'hosts' likely haunt these halls. Now, follow my lead.

Perfectly Real Doctor With Real Credentials
Sparagmos is a 'Taunter' of sorts. A fake identity wouldn't be human enough to attract Kathool's subconscious attention, so its A.I. had to be based on a real person - the Queen's sister. Supposedly, this A.I. would realistically react to psychic torture, but endure to protect the Base. However, it is refusing to be rebooted despite its suboptimal performance. Fight this rogue program, and force a restart.
