The Necrotic Sword of Doom requires many pieces, and many steps. In order to begin, you will need to learn the creation of Void Aura. Bring me 20 essences from each of the following monsters:

The Essences have combined, and the Aura has been created. Sometimes the creation are more potent than others, so you may just receive more than 1 Void Aura.

Throughout Lore, you may encounter rare, unnatural creatures whose existence itself should not be. Since their presence defies the laws of nature, the essences that bind them to reality are inherently stronger than others. Search /reddeath, /neverworldb, and /doomwar for these monsters and bring me their essences; they may have the power to form a Void Aura.
Get 175 Mirror Essences, 25 Twisted Essences and 1 Transposed Essence.
These Essences are much more powerful than the others. We will definitely be able to create more Void Auras with them.

If you use Sepulchre’s DoomKnight Armor as a catalyst, you should have the power to magnify shadow essences enough to fuse them into a Void Aura. Travel to the hidden /shadowrealmpast and gather 50 Empowered Essences from the monsters there. Before I can create the Void Aura, I require an additional 3 Malignant Essences from Sepulchure or the Shadow Lord to use as focal points for the smelting process.
Consider yourself lucky, hero. Very few have the ability to augment shadow essences without such a rare and powerful artifact.

You must be able to stand up to true power if you wish to possess true power. Find and face several strong foes, and return to me your proof of victory. Obtain a Glacial Pinion from the Icewing Warlord, three eyeballs from the strongest Hydra in Mobius Lake, and the viscera of a creature in the Void.

"Hero", do you wish for power? Would you like a glimpse of what could be? I require a few things from powerful beings and beasts. Their power will help bring you closer to understanding the darkness. I require Kraken Doubloons from the Chaos Kraken, the axe of Graveclaw the Destroyer, and Ancient Trigoras' Horns.

You now know how to create the Void Aura, so we need to move on in the crafting process. The next thing we need to do is get the blade! Defeat Sepulchure's Chaorrupted armor to find the Blade Essence that I need to create that part of the Doom Blade.

You have mastered the collection of Void Aura, but that is not the only thing needed to create the Necrotic Sword of Doom. In order to imbue the sword with the power of Necromancy, we will need the Energized Aura of Necromance. This is not something that can be created in one step, however, so you must first gather all that is needed to create the Unenhanced Aura.

The Unenhanced Aura has been created, now you can continue on this path. You have learned much of Necromancy and Chaorruption to get this far, yet more is required.
