Carnaval?
Carnaval is the largest party in the world! Every year, thousands of people join together in Terra da Festa for this joyous occasion. Everyone transforms themselves with fantastic costumes and dances down the Sambódromo.

Carnaval is all about transformation. Nowhere else can you turn fantasy into reality like Terra da Festa! But ferocious beasts are out to ruin the party. You are the only one who can save Carnaval, Hero!

After completing the 'Party Like a BOSS!' quest:

A friend of mine needs our help - his name is Frevo, and you can find him in Terra de Festa. You will need to accept my quest, and then take the feathers to him in order to proceed.
