Persisting Wishes

Welcome to our family's tomb. More specifically, our tomb as it is in the future. I retreated here, but the living Min'et from your present managed to send you after me. She won't get off my back, not even in death. In the next room over, you'll see that she colluded with a nechronomancer to reanimate her body should I 'cause problems' after she passed. What a nuisance. Put that corpse down before it inadvertently helps the Maw.

Not even a Chronomancer can escape the inevitable end. Why should we accept that? Having power over time puts us above mortals! We don't have to play by the universe's rules. We should be playing as much as we want. But here she is. This is Min'et's future. One that she chose to follow and there's nothing I can do to stop it. Very sad, but anyways! This nechronomancer business is giving me a lot of interesting ideas.

The Undo Limit

The reason why I decided to hide in my family's tomb as it is in the future was to, hopefully, confuse the Maw. It would mistake the remains in here for the real me. By the looks of it, my trick is working! Huh, the Retrograde Maw is so young that it could make this kind of slip up. Eventually it's going to sense that I'm still here to raise havoc, so destroy it while it's still distracted!

+ When Completed

This Maw likely won't be the last. But now that you've demonstrated how to kill it, I'll take what I learned and haha, keep it to myself. Unless, the other Chronomancers are willing to let me have my fun. Did you know? They're all in a spot of trouble. They sensed that, for some unknown reason, time travel will become more difficult from here on out. And these Maws are proof of it. I wonder…what caused this or rather, what will cause this?
