If you are Female:
The Noble Warrior
You must speak with Sibyl, the Prophetess; I have promised her she may guide the women through the next part of this journey. And I would not break a promise to someone like her! *shiver*
If you are Male:
Before completing the 'Challenged Allegiance to Dage' quest:
The Noble Warrior
You wish to battle through Dage's Fortress? You have the strength to survive here. Battle the creatures here as much as you want, and reap their dark rewards. But to begin quests I have for you, you'll need to complete the tasks in the Vale of Mourning. The choice is yours.

It's about time you arrived. Scorn's here, and she is ANGRY. At last! I don't want to think about what will happen to you and Dage if she were to rule here. Best to get in, take out the beasts she's enchanted, and get to Dage the Evil, quickly!
Talk
If it weren't for Scorn's invasion of the Fortress, the doors may never have opened. Even WITH permission. He is very protective of his home, Dage is. She must not get what she came for!

After completing the 'Defeat the Underworld Guardian' quest:
The Noble Warrior
Scorn is gone… for now. She's made quite a mess of it here, but the underworld will recover, and Dage will get his minions in line again. OOF. I'd hate to be around when it comes time to retrain Grrberus!

If you are Female:
The Noble Warrior
Dage hath no fury like the woman Scorn… Dage hath no fury like the woman Scorn… Dage hath no fury like the woman SCORN! (Looks like Sibyl won't talk to you. Try speaking to Aeneas instead.)
If you are Male:
Before completing Charon's Quests:
The Noble Warrior
Easy, warrior. All good battles will come in time. No need to skip ahead to see them. Return to the Styx and finish your assignments there.

After completing Charon's Quests:
The Noble Warrior
It's good to see you again, Sir. You have entered the front yard of Dage's Palace. Here you will find the Asphodel Fields that lead to the Vale of Mourning. Just beyond is the Plane of Judgement where the 3 Judges of the Underworld await your arrival.
Talk
The Field of Asphodels is home to Neutral souls who are neither Good nor Evil. These souls are in a limbo state until they reach enlightenment, at which time they will respawn into the Mortal world.
The Vale of Mourning harbors the souls who lived a life full of heartbreak. These souls are doomed to an eternity of mourning and weeping, contemplating their unhappy love life.
Beyond the Vale is the Plane of Judgement, where the 3 dishonorable Judges of the Underworld reside: Rhadamanthys, Minos, and Aeacus. The Judges will test you on your overall performance as a hero or villain, on Dage's standards as a Dark Lord, and on your relationship to Dage himself! Best of luck to you.

This is outrageous! Oh, how the judges like to tie everything up in red tape. Judicial system they say? I remember a time before such things got in the way of a warrior and his mission. Mark my words, this will not stand!

Well met, Sir. I am Aeneas, a human warrior just like you. The Soul of the Frozen Flame just flew past here. If you hope to find the Soul, you will need to defeat each Guilty Joy that blocks your path. I can help you on your mission.
Talk
This is the entrance to the Underworld where the Guilty Joys reside: Grief, Anxiety, Disease, Old Age, Fear, Hunger, Death, Agony, and Sleep. The only way to enter their chambers is to have the Golden Bough in your possession.
After you defeat the monstrous personifications of the Guilty Joys, you will encounter the Elm of False Hopes. This seemingly tranquil tree will flood your mind with false hopes and fabricate dreams. DO NOT listen to it!
Past the Elm of False Hopes is the River Acheron. If you make it that far, you will meet the Ferryman Charon. He will be able to take you across Styx to the other side of the Underworld.. to hunt down the Frozen Flame's Soul!

After completing the 'Chamber of Sleep' quest:
The Noble Warrior
You Sir are a true hero. You have defeated the 9 Guilty Joys and may now take the Golden Bough to the Ferryman Charon. He is just beyond the Elm of False Hopes at the River Acheron. I pray that we meet again.
