8th Head of Orochi's Quests

Requirements: Must have completed the 'Find the Throne Room' quest.
Note: These quests cannot be accessed after completing the 'A Head has Woken' quest.

Shadow Essences

Requirements: Must have completed the 'Find the Throne Room' quest.
Note: This quest can only be completed once.

Deeper in the fortress, beyond this passage, there are creatures of pure shadow. Capture their essence in this jar, and then bring it back here. Miko will use her light to banish it, and that will weaken the Shadow's hold on all of the beings in the fortress.

Ahhh. I feel more in control of myself already.

  • Dropped by Living Shadow (2)
• Shadow Banished x1
  • Talk to Ai no Miko

Rewards:

• 3,000 Gold
• 10,000 Exp

New Recruits

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.

Now that the shadow is weaker in strength, fight Jaaku's remaining samurai. Most of them are only loyal by force — just like I was. Hopefully, some of them will come to their senses and join our fight.

  • Dropped by Shadow Samurai (Monster)

Shadow Heads

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.
Note: This quest can only be completed once.

Now that you've removed some of the threat, I will let you through to the rest of the fortress. There, you will find my remaining 7 heads, deep in a healing slumber. Feed each of them some of the juice from your kappa friends' heads - it will keep them subdued while you fight the shadows that emerge from them.

+ When Completed

I feel the shadows retreating, but it is not enough.

• Heads Fed x7
  • Click on the blue arrows around the map
• Shadows Slain x7
  • Dropped by Creeping Shadow (Level 30) (Version 1)

Rewards:

• 5,000 Gold
• 20,000 Exp
• 5,000 Rep : Yokai

A Head has Woken

Requirements: Must have completed the previous quest.
Note: This quest can only be completed once.

All this commotion has awoken one of my heads - one that is still under the shadow's control! Subdue it before it wakes the others - or worse!

  • Dropped by 7th Head of Orochi (Monster)
